Matthew Kenney
I'm Kenney, a graphic designer, visual artist, producer, marketeer, curator, and art director from Calgary Alberta. I am a UBC alumni currently living in NYC working as a graphic designer and marketing team member for Scenester Projects.
I've been a resident of the design and visual arts world for 4 years and counting. I've created, critiqued, consulted, and directed various projects and campaigns, each day gaining more excitement for my future in this industry.

My journey into graphic design began in 2019 with an interest in creating dynamic photo layouts and editing in Photoshop. In 2020, I enrolled in a New Media Studies program at UBC, where over the last 4 years I refined and expanded my skills, combining technical expertise with creative vision to produce compelling visual work for a variety of applications

Latest Project
When I’m not working on graphic design, I’m fully immersed in my visual art. With a blended background in arts and design, I embrace diverse forms of creative expression to continuously find inspiration and develop new skills. Pursuing a minor in Visual Arts at UBC gave me the opportunity to explore digital and multimedia art, sculpture, and printmaking, broadening my perspective and techniques.
